The Hall of Great Compassion
On the right of Guanyin Bodhisattva is Samantabhadra (Pu Xian) Bodhisattva, whose name means "Universally Worthy or Universally Auspicious". He is the personification of the perfected diligent practice of all Bodhisattvas and Buddhas. He is accompanied by an elephant, which symbolises steadfastness and strength in the Bodhisattva’s practice of the six perfections.*
