Crematorium & Columbarium Services


Rationale Of
Prayers For the
Deceased and
Service

The first Pu An Ta (columbarium pagoda for the storing the ashes of the deceased) was built. It was an effort to support the Government's campaign to promote cremation, so as to fully utilise land. Both crematorium and columbarium services are offered at the temple.

Cremation Fee
Cremation fee with default urn placement: $400
If the deceased's family decides to choose another location, they will have to pay the respective fee.

Columbarium Booking

• Devotees can choose a location for their deceased loved ones, or make individual or family reservations.

Default urn placement without cremation: $330 Respective fees have to be paid for alternative locations.

Fees for the urn placement for first to third floor range from $500-$2,000. For locations on fifith floor with better ambience and air-conditioned environment, fees range from $3,800-$15,000.

• Interested parties are to personally select location and make all necessary decisions.

Cremation Booking
• Cashier Office only accepts booking of cremation services by casket or undertaker companies- so as to avoid double-bookings. All necessary papers will be provided and handled by the companies.

Modes of Payment

• By Cash, Cheque, NETS or Credit Card($1000 & above).

Terms & Conditions

• Prices, rules and regulations might be amended from time to time.

Urn Placement After Cremation

• Family members are to personally select location and make all necessary decisions.

Related Services
• Ji Ling - Family members can arrange for offering of food ranges from the 7th to 49th day after the passing of the deceased.(Does not include Chanting service)If the ashes are placed in the temple, the fees range from $100-$300. If not, an additional $50 will be charged accordingly.

• Chanting services - Family members can arrange for chanting at the temple by resident sangha members. Sutras for chanting include Diamond Sutra, Ksitigrabha Bodhisattva Sutra and Heart Sutra. Fees range from $60-$400 (subjected to GST).

Ancestor Urns Housing Fee(Hall Of Gratitude)
• The Fifth level of our columbarium has been transformed into a serene and elegant area
for housing the ashes of your loved ones.
Air-conditioning and lift facilities are included.
Fees are $3800,$5000,$8000, $10000,$12000
and $15000 respectively.

Ancestor Tablet Fee(Hall Of Merits)
• Maximum of 6 names can be submitted for each tablet. Ancestors' names can be included. Fees range from $1500 to $8000.
