Hatha Yoga 2019/20

Slow down and escape from the fast-paced life by inviting yourself to Hatha Yoga. The ancient practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) will refresh your spirits, connect your physical lives with mind and body, and prepare your body for deeper spiritual practices.

Important note:
Participants are discouraged from food intake 1.5 to 2 hours before classes. Please also bring along a yoga mat, and wear loose and comfortable clothing for classes.
