Recommended for beginners, the elderly, the wheelchair-bound, and those recovering from illness, Gentle Hatha Yoga introduces joint-loosening movements, breathing exercises, basic effective yoga postures and relaxation techniques that aim to help reduce stiffness, improve blood circulation, and lung capacity, strengthens spinal health, as well as enhance body alignment.

This class is perfect for those with no prior experience to the practice of yoga. You will learn proper breathing exercises and key basic yoga poses to facilitate the flow of energy in the body. To ensure a positive learning experience, classes are conducted at a progressive pace to allow students to build up their flexibility and strength in a safe, non-competitive and relaxed setting.
