Reminder for All Classes

– Participants are to bring along a yoga mat and come dressed in loose and comfortable clothing.

– Please refrain from eating 1.5 to 2 hours before the start of classes.

Beginner learners are encouraged to join classes marked with ^.


Programme: Hatha Yoga

Description: Awaken your body’s natural healing ability with simple postures and stretches that release tension in your neck, shoulders, lower and upper back, and legs.
