Reminder for All Classes

– Participants are to bring along a yoga mat and come dressed in loose and comfortable clothing.

– Please refrain from eating 1.5 to 2 hours before the start of classes.

Programme: Hatha Yoga

Description: Awaken your body’s natural healing ability with simple postures and stretches that release tension in your neck, shoulders, lower and upper back, and legs. Our Hatha Yoga sessions help you feel rejuvenated after a stressful day, with a renewed sense of clarity and calmness in your mind.
