Yoga for A Different You 2019/20

Tired of going to the same old yoga class day in and day out? Time to switch up your savasana with these interesting classes that put a new slant on sun salutations. All these classes are suitable for both beginners and the experienced!

Important note: Participants are discouraged from food intake 1.5 to 2 hours before classes. Please also bring along a yoga mat, and wear loose and comfortable clothing for classes.

Chair Yoga introduces a series of breathing techniques and gentle movements that could be done either from a chair, utilising a chair, or just having a chair nearby. When done mindfully, Chair Yoga improves your blood circulation, mobility, flexibility, and brain functions. At the same time, attain a sense of peace and calmness after each class.
