Chair Yoga introduces a series of breathing techniques and gentle movements that could be done either from a chair, using a chair, or just having a chair nearby. When done mindfully, Chair Yoga improves your blood circulation, mobility, flexibility, and brain functions. Attain a sense of peace and calmness after each class.

In this practice associated with traditional Chinese medicine, learn to calm your mind and body through passive poses that are held for long periods of time. Yin Yoga improves flexibility and mental focus, while relieving stress and anxiety.
