3-Day Vipassana Meditation Retreat with Venerable Sayadaw U Pyinnyarnada
Mindfulness Meditation is the one and only way for the purification of the mind, for the overcoming of sorrow and lamentation, for the extinguishment of suffering and grief, for walking on the path of truth, and for the realisation of Nirvana.
Buddha taught Mindfulness Meditation in the Satipatthana Sutta. Take this opportunity during the retreat and learn how to practise Mindfulness Meditation with Venerable Sayadaw U Pyinnyarnada.

Venerable Sayadaw U Pyinnyarnada is highly respected by monks, novices and lay people for his calm and peaceful demeanour. With patience, compassion and loving kindness, Sayadaw gives Dharma talk to devotees both within Myanmar and abroad.
In 1990, under the guidance of Chanmyay Sayadaw, Sayadaw practised Vipassana meditation. In 1995, Sayadaw became a meditation teacher at the Chanmyay Yeiktha Meditation Centre in Hmawbi, Myanmar. In 1996, Sayadaw became a meditation teacher at Thailand Retreat with Chanmyay Sayadaw. Subsequently, Sayadaw took on the role of a meditation teacher at Chanmyay Satipahtarna Vihar in South Africa for four years.
Thereafter, Sayadaw went on a Dharma Mission in many countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, The USA, South Africa and South Korea. He now trains both local and foreign meditators at the Chanmyay Yeiktha Meditation Centre in Myanmar.
