Join five Buddhist professionals to learn the art of handling stress like a boss in this six-session course.

Speakers’ Profiles:

  • Ng Yuen Yen is an emergency and home care specialist. She has more than ten years of teaching experience in Early History in Buddhism at Mangala Vihara and Foundations of Mindfulness. She is also a certified mindfulness teacher.
  • Heng Teng Teng has more than 15 years of experience in culture development, learning development and human resource management. She is also a key facilitator of behavourial change in organisations.
  • Pua Luck Kheng has a Masters in Training and Performance and has been working in the Buddhist environment since 1999. He is a board member of various voluntary welfare organisations and council member to Inter-Religious Organisation.
  • Karamen Chia is a Community Social Worker and also an avid Buddhist music advocate. He has facilitated various musicals and well-being experiential workshops. In addition, he is a trained facilitator for HealthRHYTHMS®.
  • Chiang Wai Fong has a PHD in Linguistic Anthropology. She is currently a researcher and a certified Zentangle teacher.
