Gentle Hatha Yoga | $160 | 10 sessions | walk-in $22 per class   
  • Learn gentle poses that are suitable for both beginners and elderly, as well as those who
    are recovering from illnesses, wheelchair-bound or have minor disabilities.
  • Learn joint-loosening movements, breathing exercises, basic effective yoga postures and
    relaxation techniques.
  • Regular practice helps to reduce stiffness, improve blood circulation and lung capacity,
    lengthen the spine and enhance our body alignment.
