The Happiness Quotient Workshop

web banner Detox

All of us want to be happy. However, we are often presented with challenges in our daily lives: limited economic resources could be a potential cause for anxiety; health could become a worrying issue as one age; and a retirement plan may not proceed as expected. In addition, we may also face difficulties in relationships with our family and friends. With all these challenges, worries, anxieties, anger, disappointment and regret, it is easy for one to become trapped in a whirlpool of negativity.

Join us in this four-session workshop to understand how to manage negative emotions and create happiness in our life!
