Let’s take a closer look at our body anatomy at Yin Yoga workshop on joints. Learn how Yin Yoga poses and the duration of a pose can help in our joints – ligament, tendons and bones. You will be introduced on the functions of fasica and the links between meridian points and Yin Yoga. You will get to know how the use of tennis ball can help in the myofacial release when used on certain meridian (acupressure) points.

[Ms Jean Yeo]
Ms Jean Yeo is an approved yoga trainer in the People’s Association. She has been teaching yoga at various community centres since 2009 and Indigo Flow Yoga Space from 2012.
