- Handle reception desk to provide accurate information, prompt assistance, and excellent customer service to visitors
- Manage call-ins / walk-ins enquiries with professionalism

- Be the primary point-of-contact for emergencies and other ad-hoc tasks

PROGRAMME EXECUTIVE, DHARMA EDUCATION
The position serves the administration of the Dharma Education Department (DED) to ensure smooth operations as part of the Dharma Propagation in the Monastery. You will be involved in the overall operation, planning, implementing, coordinating and executing of existing and new adult Dharma programmes and projects, including managing volunteers, as well as liaising for logistic and administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, administrate and execute adult Dharma programmes
- Assist in overseeing departmental programmes to ensure smooth operations
- Provide general admin and logistics support
- Handle volunteer related matters
- Support Monastery annual events

Job Specifications
- Qualification: Diploma and above
- Year(s) of Experience: Min. 2 years of work experience. Candidate possessing project / event management work experience will be of an advantage
- Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders

STORE OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle daily store duties (e.g. receiving, inspection and distribution of goods etc.) and ensure product quality and quantity matched to the purchase order/invoice/documents
- Carry out stock count and monitor stock status
- Manage inventory system and ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle goods delivery and assist with online goods order and/or retail sales
- Ensure compliance of safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of store areas
Job Specifications
- Qualification: Min. GCE ‘O’ / ’N’ Level / Nitec
- Year(s) of Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience

FRONT LINE ASSISTANT, CREMATORIUM
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations at columbarium
- Assist families with search of niche location and new niche purchase enquiry
- Safeguard the properties in the Monastery include but not limited to crematorium / columbarium
- Perform crowd control duties to ensure smooth traffic
- Collect vegetarian sets and staff rations (lunch) from Kitchen
- Ensure workplace safety & cleanliness and fire safety compliance

Duties and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for day-to-day maintenance works (e.g. painting, installation) and cleaning works
- Assist in setting up praying fixtures for the Monastery events
- Provide logistic support when required

- Year(s) of Experience: Min. 1 year of relevant experience
- Language(s): Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Basic knowledge on safe use of hand tools and equipment
- A team player with positive attitude
- Physical fit to carry out manual works, able to lift and carry up to 20kg without assistance
- Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) and irregular working hour(s)
- Possess forklift license/ Experience in replacing floor tiles and/or wall painting will be of an advantage
KITCHEN STEWARD/DISHWASHER (PART-TIME)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clear used plates from dining tables and self-return tray area
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize crockery, cutlery and other cooking utensils
- Clean pots, pans and glassware
- Weekly cleaning of kitchen equipment (e.g. refrigerator, ice machine etc.)
- Keep dishwashing equipment clean and report for any functional or mechanical problem promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the working areas
- Assist with other F&B duties when required
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health guidelines

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support F&B daily operations including the operations of restaurant
- Handle table arrangement setup works in the dining hall for monastery events and activities
- Deliver F&B services in accordance with the departmental standards
- Assist in F&B inventory management
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure F&B team maintain good standards of personal appearance and hygiene
- Assist Team Lead in constantly improving F&B work processes and practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Support administrative tasks when required (e.g. purchasing order, invoice processing etc.)
- Comply with workplace safety and health guidelines
Job Specifications
- Qualification: GCE N-Level
- Year(s) of Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
- Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
