CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle daily counter services
- Liaise with Casket/Undertaker companies for the registration of Beneficiary
- Attend to phone calls and walk-in customer enquiries and feedback
- Process labels / stickers for Urns Storage / Ji-Ling
- Assist in the registration of annual Prayer Events
- Coordinate with customer for collection of photos for Niches / Ancestral Tablets
Job Specifications
- Qualification: Min. GCE ‘O’ level
- Year(s) of Experience: At least 1 year of frontline working experience
- Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Good customer service skills, Attention to details
- A team player with a positive attitude and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on weekend(s) and public holiday(s)
- Willing to work with after-death care service associates
- Candidate with Dharma knowledge will be of an added advantage
M & E TECHNICIAN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for general maintenance, repair and minor installation works
- Carry out general inspection and rectification works to M & E equipment, lighting, pipe works, sound system etc
- Assist in meter reading for water and electricity consumption
- Support and setup for sound system, aircon, fans and lighting
- Supervise contractors who carry out routine servicing and installation works
- Ensure proper house-keeping and safety measures
Job Specifications
- Qualification: NTC Grade 2 & 3 or ITC certificate in M & E service (Electrical / Electronic)
- Year(s) of Experience: Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English, Mandarin speaking users and able to write simple service report in English
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess initiative and work well with minimum supervision
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) and irregular working hour(s)
F&B CAPTAIN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support F&B daily operations including the operations of restaurant
- Handle table arrangement setup works in the dining hall for monastery events and activities
- Deliver F&B services in accordance with the departmental standards
- Assist in F&B inventory management
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure F&B team maintain good standards of personal appearance and hygiene
- Assist Team Lead in constantly improving F&B work processes and practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Support administrative tasks when required (e.g. purchasing order, invoice processing etc.)
- Comply with workplace safety and health guidelines
Job Specifications
- Qualification: GCE N-Level
- Year(s) of Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
- Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to multi-task, Attention to details, Knowledge of handling Point of Sale (POS) system

ANCESTRAL HALL ATTENDANT
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiry
- Assist customers with ancestral rituals / prayers / chanting and tablet placement
- Clear prayer items after Ancestral rituals / prayers / chanting
- Monitor the functionality of hall equipment and report for any breakdowns
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the ancestral halls
- Support the Monastery annual prayer events
Job Specifications
- Qualification: Possess Secondary school qualification
- Year(s) of Experience: At least 1 year of front-line working experience
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Good customer service skills
- A team player with positive work attitude
- Possess Work-At-Height certificate will be of advantage
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
RETAIL ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general duties to ensure smooth running of daily retail operations
- Provide counter sales and attend to customers’ enquiries
- Assist in receiving, checking and storage of delivered goods
- Liaise with volunteers for flower arrangement and/or other event duties
- Assist in inventory control and management
- Ensure workplace safety and environment cleanliness
Job Specifications
- Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant working experience
- Friendly and cheerful disposition. Good team player with meticulousness and high level of integrity
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
