The School seeks to cultivate Buddhist virtues of gratitude, compassion, forbearance, and wisdom in our students. Children will learn from Buddhist mentors, practise mindfulness, and experience creative and meaningful activities when attending our lessons.
Some of the school’s programmes include spiritual camps, outings, exam blessing, graduation day, Vesak celebration and gratitude day exhibition and performance.
We believe that each child will grow and blossom from his/her seed of awakening, and we appeal to parents and teachers to carefully tend the garden of this budding Buddhist community with loving mindfulness.
Due to COVID-19 and restrictions imposed, KMS Dharma School will not hold classes onsite, hence our 2021 lessons will be conducted online. Only when restrictions ease, and with the safety of all students and volunteers ensured, the School will consider arranging for students to return to classrooms (on-site).
When COVID-19 restriction eases, the School will announce arrangement for students to return to classroom. On-site lesson timing will then be reverted to 2 hours.
