Synopsis: As parents, are there times when you find yourself feeling frustrated because your child is not doing what you have instructed? Communication is an important day-to-day functioning and it is also an area which we tend to overlook because of a “mind-full” mind. This sharing aims to provide effective communication strategies and exploring mindfulness practice into parent-child communication.
